The terms below govern your use of this website and any consultation, quote or installation provided by Dream Closets Hawaii.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, submitting a consultation request, or otherwise engaging Dream Closets Hawaii ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.
2. About our services
We design, build and install custom closets, pantries, home offices, garage systems and related storage. Descriptions, dimensions, finishes and features shown on this site are illustrative. The scope of any project is defined only by a written quote or contract signed by both parties.
3. Consultations and quotes
In-home consultations are provided at no cost and carry no obligation. Any pricing discussed verbally or shown on this site is an estimate. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may be revised if site conditions, measurements or material availability differ from what was assumed at the time of quoting.
4. Information you submit
When you complete the consultation form you consent to our collecting and storing the details and photos you provide so we can contact you, prepare a design and quote your project. You confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share any photos you upload. We do not sell your information or add you to third-party mailing lists.
5. Orders, deposits and cancellations
Custom storage systems are manufactured to your specifications. A deposit is required to release a project to production, and because components are cut to order, deposits are generally non-refundable once fabrication begins. Change requests made after production starts may affect price and schedule.
6. Installation and site conditions
You are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the work area and for disclosing known conditions such as concealed wiring, plumbing, asbestos or structural issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, settling walls, out-of-square framing, or damage arising from conditions that were not disclosed or reasonably visible.
7. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship and the materials we install against defects for the period stated in your signed contract. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, overloading, damage from moisture, pests, storms or relocation, or modifications made by anyone other than Dream Closets Hawaii.
8. Photography and intellectual property
All content on this site — including photography, designs, text and the Dream Closets Hawaii name and logo — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent. With your permission, we may photograph completed installations for our portfolio; you may decline at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hawaiʻi law, our total liability arising out of any project or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the work at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you use the site or sign a contract is the version that applies.
